Samples can be submitted to our laboratory from any country and by regular mail.<br \/>Label the sampling card with the appropriate patient identifier and drop blood on all the circled areas on the card. Make sure blood spots are dried completely before packaging.<\/p><ul><li><strong>EDTA blood<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 80px; text-align: justify;\">Minimal requirement: \u2265 2 ml<\/p><ul><li><strong>DNA sample <\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 80px; text-align: justify;\">DNA samples, of good quality, are stable and can be send without cooling. Please, use safe lock tubes or tubes with screw caps. Make sure tubes cannot be damaged during shipment.<br \/>Minimal requirement: \u2265 0,5 \u03bcg for NGS-Panels, and \u2265 1 \u03bcg for Sanger sequencing and Repeat analysis, concentration should be above 5 ng\/\u03bcl<\/p><ul><li><strong>Buccal swab<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 80px; text-align: justify;\">MEWIGEN accepts buccal swab collection sets only for Sanger sequencing analysis.<\/p><ul><li><strong>cfDNA sample<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 80px; text-align: justify;\">Minimal requirement: 10 ml blood in cfDNA preservation tubes, preferentially Streck Cell Free DNA BCT or Qiagen Pax gene Blood ccfDNA tubes.<br \/>These blood samples must not be frozen at any time and should be send at room temperature as soon as possible after sampling. Streck tubes are made of glass and should be handled and shipped with special care.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>If you want to send other materials, please <a
